For some folks there is huge difference between visiting, as a tourist or living here, as a resident. The usually find that out at a later date.

Is 1 the lowest or highest?

I assume 1 = No 1 ..The first..The best!

Hated it, but having said that I love to go for holidays, it's the best place in the world for a holiday
