thanks for your reply,

This is so confusing I have just called IELTS in the Philippines and asked them what test she needs, they are saying they "think" its an A1 Life Skills test. I said so you "Think" that is what is required! I am so frustrated, I need to get this test booked for her ASAP.

What makes it harder is that there is no reference on the UK.Gov website to a "Fiancé" Visa so I am probably not using the right term.
