I tried them weeks ago. They only allow 6 people in at a time down my way and each time we went there it was full of other people waiting outside to seek help and advice
Dead end there and no, you cannot make appointments and they are only open one day a week, and that's in the evenings "Blame it on the cuts perhaps?"
