After using Fil health a couple of times here in private hospitals,I have come to the conclusion that 17K is not good value.. I`d rather save that money and reinvest it for any future health treatment required.
One of these days I may look closer at Pacific cross plans.

I was prompted to get it sorted asap after my wife needed hospital confinement with severe Amoebiasis.
She spent a week in hospital with various medical treatments. Her Potassium level went way down.
Without Philhealth we would have paid around P70k....with Philhealth we paid only P27
Still a big hit. The cost of Hospital stay was reasonable but the costs of meds and lab tests were expensive.
