yup, she was wed last aug 2007 and applied the spouse visa july this year in the philippines when she was on holiday there( 3 months). SHe wasnt able to apply for flr after the wedding here in the uk.

When she phoned the homeoffice about it( before she went home for a holiday) she was told to apply in the philippines instead since she booked already the flight and there's no more time to do it here plus her visa wil expire soon at that time.

so ryt now she is holding a spouse visa that will expire 2010. is that make sense
