Thread: Guys... i need help VFS texted me saying i have to go for an interview next wednesday

    Hi Trina,

    An interview usually means that the embassy need to clarify the information you provided and perhaps want to see you in person.

    Not to worry, if you have everything in place.

    You may want to bring extra stuff with you, like photos, reference letters from your side (e.g. parents, uncle etc who attended your wedding).

    I realize that this is stressful, just be positive.

    Can you tell us what you provided with your initial application?

    very stressful.....well if the case is they just want to see me in person that would be great.....

    i submitted:

    complete application form... chat logs from day 1 up to the day i lodged my application (8 books bound).....folders of (text messages,emails, phone bills, prepaid cards..tickets and expenses).... photo album... evidence of support....my b-certificate in NSO...MC in NSO.... letter from my husband .. me...and from my parents...and from his parents aswell for accomodation.....

    i think i submitted everything that they need.....

    It appears that you have covered everything.
    8 books bound? WOW!! I did not submit any logs, emails etc! only telephone bill, thats it!

    ECOs are generally looking for evidence in these areas:
    ~Parties must be legally married to each other~
    ~Plan to live together~
    ~Have met each other~
    ~Be able to support themselves entirely without recourse to public funds~
    ~Have adequate accommodation where dependants can live without recourse to public funds~
    ~No Terrorist risks~

    Its probably a random case of screening the person face to face. Not to worry.

    yes friend i am sure i did everything very well....the only thing that puzzled my mind is that why they have to do is......grrrrrr it makes me really frustrated and depressed
