You are also forgetting Top Gear is more about entertainment then facts (I'm sure most car mags do that job well), just because they drive a car fast, doesn't mean every single viewer watching it should copy them.If it really annoys you, the OFF button works wonders.
My 3yr old son loves watching Top Gear I like it as well and I find Jeremy, Richard & James really funny when they do some challenges.
