This song was made popular by the wacky Yoyoy Villame. He came up with this song when he was walking around somewhere and saw these Chinese signs at a Chinese restaurant and he just suddenly thought of writing a song that has no meaning at all. He was just playing when he wrote it and realized it was really funny. He recorded it and made himself richer and more famous.
