Hello Aposhark...like you and your wife...me and my husband got married here in the Philippines also. No need for you and your wife to register your marriage in Cebu...as it is already been authenticated by the NSO ( National Statistics Office) thats what the embassy needed when you apply for visa. With regards to immigration even though your both married already if you havent filed for a permanent residence visa (here in Philippines) or you and your wife havent been out of the country and then back here (sort of Balikbayan) you will still need to pay the fee if you over stay the 21 days period.
