Hi Blessedlady89. From what site you had took this? I am very upset. I was refused with a family visitor visa just yesterday. The ECO rejected my new application since I wasn't clear with my last last application dated last year that I would just be staying in the UK for two months yet completed the 6 months they issued me. I have been in the UK twice already for Family Visit Visa. During the first visit, I was concise with the time that I would be there but, for this second time, I stayed longer than I told them because of the marital problems of my sister when I was there last year. She was going through divorce and needed me for emotional support and psychological support. I am seeking for entry again as my sister still needs me to help her deal with her marital problem. Do you think I could use this as grounds for my refusal? I am panicky now since they are countings days for me to send back the appeals forms. Also, I am confused where to lodge my application. Would it be better if I let me sister as my sponsor lodge the appeal for me in the UK or lodge it myself here in the British Embassy Manila?

Hope you could help me with my confusion. Do you know any site here wherein they can help me how to make grounds for refusal? Thanks a lot.

    Hello
    mastergridd.
Sorry to hear about your refusal.
Give me time at until least tomorrow, I will find good site where you can post your queries.

You are given 28 days to appeal, you can either submit it to BHC-or AIT .

Because of many refusals Appeal will take longer,
