you will be refused a settlement visa if your under 21, its the law, its not at the discretion of the embassy or a case worker.

people are now being refused for being under 21.

    yahhhhhh

yes age is a conflict presently so i myt ned to wait till the ryt time

u mean here..............but maybe your only hope, apart from waiting til your 21, is you get married, your husband then exercises his EU Treaty Rights in another EU country for a few months, and then uses the Surinder Singh route to return to the UK. After all there is nothing about the age 21 issue in the EU Directive, concerning freedom of movement for EU citizens and their family members.

In order to use the Surinder Singh route, your husband, as he would be, would need to be economically active in another EU state ..... employed or self-employed. if he could go and live in Ireland for a few months or longer until you get your family permit, and then you could come to the uk.

the only other way is your husband goes and lives in ireland, spain , etc for 6months and applies for a family permit for you

I CAN HAVE THE CHANCE TO GO IN THE UK AS HIS WIFE EVEN IM UNDER 21

BUT TO APPLY FOR FAMILY PERMIT?

OR WAT WILL HE DO AS HE IS LIVING IN BLACKPOOL UK

he would have to go and live in another european country for at least 3 months and apply for a family permit using european law, not a spouse visa which is under British immigration law, as the over 21yr old only applies to people who apply under the British immigration system, not the european one..

not easy for many people to go and live in another european country, but some people do, they have a holiday home in spain or portugal, or can find a new job easily..

not easy but might be better than waiting 3yrs.. and family permit as mod dom will tell you cost nothing

SO WAT IS REQUIRED FOR ME TO APPLY OR INVITE ME AS FAMILY TO STAY W/ HIM..........AFTER HE WILL BE GIVEN A FAMILY PERMIT ALSO WHEN HE HAD STAY IN THE EUROPE AREAS.........WOULD IT BE APPLICABLE FOR US TO STAY BACK IN THE NORMAL RESIDENCE WHEN WE WILL BE GIVEN A FAMILY PERMIT TO STAY IN EUROPE?

EVEN THOUGH IM UNDER 21 I STILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO COME UNDER EUROPE LAW NOT BRITISH ONE?

If agencies telling you that it is still possible to get spouse visa even if you're only 18, then they're lie-ing (just to get kwarta out of you) or they just being ignorant not knowing the new uk immigration rules.
