Tony, you will not be far from both Gapan and Cabanatuan. They both have nice shopping malls and good places to eat. I am sure I will be in both malls at some point so I'll keep my eyes open. There is a cinema and a bingo hall in Gapan, which is always a good bit of fun.

Worst thing was my wife had 2 plead with coppers 2 let me out n even worse thing i had 2 apologise 2 the guy that shot the cats n shake his hand for decking him for the police to let me out as well... Turned out half this guys family wer in the police force, and my missus found out that he beats his wife up, so he deserved good hiding anyway, but wouldnt recomend doing it. As for the cell i was in words cant discribe.......n also my wife had to bring me food cuz they dont feed you or if ur lucky i scoop of cold rice a day.Anyway the only pussey your be loving while your ther will be the 2 legged kind..............

Just read your thread and i dont no to much about panic attacks but i know some people that have had them n know ther not a nice thing to get n 1 of them that had them use to listen to relaxation cds n it helped so you could try that. You got some great suport from the members especialy fred n steveR thats what this site is all about, so you aint got nothing to worry about while your ther, just get bit more cash n have a great time and im shore you will cuz ive been lucky enough and been to a lot of countrys around the world and the filipinos are some of the friendliest and helpfull people ive met on my travels. thankyou all for the advise, i know my 10,000 peso isnt enough but that all i have, and is very possible that ill be redundant when i get back to uk as the work was drying up in the place i work, well i wont be needing money for food thats for sure3 or 4 meals aday so far
