Report of marriage,baby's B-cert.@passport ammendment

Hello,I've been confuse about this.I got my FLR in my single name and I want to use my married name when I apply ILR,my questins are:
1. Do I need to apply personally to ammend my passport? to report our marriage and the baby's B-Certicate?I prefer it by post if possible
2. Is it possible to do all these things in 1 day or 2?
3. I arrived here in fiancee visa last July 8,2009,my FLr is valid until 09-11-2011,when is the earliest possible date can I apply ILR? I would apprecaite any advice on this matter....

Hi Pat

1. Are you holding the green passport? if so u can ammend and report ur marriage by post. If not, meaning uve got the maroon passport u can only report your marriage by post. Baby's BC can you give us more info about it?

Yes Pat you have to go to the embassy personally. With regards to your Baby's BC, was the baby born here? if so u can apply the baby's passport and report his/her birth by post.

Yes,not long...your son will be 1 year older than my baby....
