visa appeal!administrative review!

Hi every one this is my 2nd time to apply visa but this time i got refused!! the reason for refusal is that i dont give my asawa's divorced paper.The reason i didnt give it coz they sheriff court havent send my asawa's divorced papers but he is divorced already... So last week my asawa's divorced paper arrived,so we go on appeal last monday May24,in dhl express tracking it says it was received tuesday May 25 but havent hear anything from the embassy if they received my documents,worried that my asawa's divorce papers might be lost...
We have called the uk tribunals aand says that instead of going to appeal we just talk to ECM and ask for ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW,but theres no one answering and i emailled as well but no answer,so i decided to just send my appeal in manila.but 2 days after i sent my papers they reply in email and give different instruction so they will reconsider my application,the i reply to them that i have already sent my paper last monday in manila.Do you think it will be ok?i mean i cant follow their instruction as i sent it already..

Also how did you knw they received the documents?do the called you or emailed you or only by tracking dhl?how long before they notified you if they received you papers?Please help as i keep trying to phone and email again but this time no more answer

what type of visa are you applying for ?
when you appeal the embassy should do an administrative review anyway..you have asked the embassy for reconsideration ?

what did they tell you to do differenlty in their email ?

i wouldn't worry about them not having your papers if you can track your papers by dhl

it was fiance visa...the just ask me to dont send the appel form and just send them my asawa divorced paper in the address ATTENTION ADmINISTRATIVE TEAM with my appeal number at the dhl folder so they know what department they will give it...same address though but i worry it goes to other department?
To all who appeal did they not contact u saying they received your papers?????????

i already sent my papers before they tell me that instructioni already send my appeal form and my asawa divorce paper to same adress but no ATTENTIOn to ADINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT..hope will be ok..thanks moderator for the reply...

i see , but you only have 28 days to appeal anyway, if you did just send the papers and not the appeal form, how long would you wait for an answer ? becuase your time to appeal would be running out.
just phone them and send an email saying you sent an appeal form but would they reconisder you app becuase you have sent the papers asked for, they should do this anyway, pointless the embassy letting it go to appeal, because you would win anyway..

hello po!got refused april 21,2010 coz says my asawa not divorced yet as we dont have the divorced paper yet but they dont checked coz my husband got divorced last MARCH 26 but only the court havent give him the extract of divorce. They only post it to me May 18 then i sent my appeal may 24...Dont know why they have already refused me on april 21 but they only post it may 18..hayyyyyyyyyyyyy!.. Thanks for the reply po!will keep phoning them even they dont answer and keep sending mail untill they got fed up on me as i know that we have strong case on appealing...

hi po!i have tracked there and said was delivered to them the next day.but does the embassy dont confirm or even tell you if they received it?im getting crazy here!hehe..glad have someone to talk in this forum!thanks ng marami

If you think, you cannot wait and want the status of your application, you can go straight to their office.
I did that when I received a letter from UK Home Office after I won my appeal. It said in the letter that they have already sent their decision that I won in my appeal. But I received nothing from UK embassy Manila for a month so I decided to knock their door and after 3 days, I got my passport with visa.

Wow thanks for that..is the one in TAGUIG you talking about?but i have read in their website that they wont deal with any one personally?anyway my asawa and me is flying to manila this june 15 and willl try to go there together as seems they wont talk to me if im the one who go there...THANK U THANK U THANK u PO

The one in Makati before but I used the back door.

I mean I used the basement door not door that applicants used to enter. I don't think they will not entertain you. They have different windows. Look for windows that deals with status of your application.
In my case, I didn't ring them as it cost ££, tried to send fax oftentimes as I have my own fax machine in my shop but no reply so I decided to ask them personally.
