Yes, Joe ... but I've maintained from the outset that married and/or civil partners who have already passed the 'Life in the UK' Test [deemed to be of a higher standard] will automatically be exempt from having to take any of the English Language Tests ... by virtue of the fact that they have already demonstrated a level of knowledge (of the language) - sufficient to enable them to understand and answer the questions in the 'Life' Test successfully.
Am I mistaken?
