my visa will expire this coming July... we will get married this month, everything is organized already... I still didnt have an English language certificate but I have my appointment and I think Im going to take a test this Friday... is it very difficult to take with? I hope someone who has an experience taking that will share it here...
Looks like you got everything organised, well done.
Wishing you all good luck for the English Test. Hopefully someone who has actually taken it may reply to you, but there have been a number of posts here indicating that the test is very basic. Other people have suggested that if you are posting on here you should be OK.
Don't forget to apply FLR asap after wedding he he
It's all high cost stuff.
yes terpe, I will apply asap, and thanks for the advise. Yep, its just like Im applying for another fiance visa because of the high price lol... shall I send the original marriage certificate if we recieve it already? we are still planning to have a holiday in Spain after marriage but needs a schengen visa and that schengen visa needs our original marriage certificate for the requirements?
Regarding the marriage certificate:-
I may be out of date with my information, but it used to be the case that you could request up to 3 marriage certificates (Authorised copies) for just that sort of need. Better to check yourself but that would be best way to some 'spares'.
Whatever documents you send for FLR will be returned to you. Just be sure to send by a secure method (recorded delivery or registered delivery)
For the Schengen visa to visit Spain, you will need to prebook an appointment and personally attend the application process. All documents will be validated and copied during this process and returned to you. It used to be that you will need to wait about 2-3 weeks for the visa in your passport.
Good luck with the Schengen Visa.
