I recommend that all you Filpinas use some common sense when chatting with foreigners. ....or at least follow your instincts. If you wouldn't want your parents to know about it... DON'T DO IT !

So many Filipinas don't even bother to search on google to find out about the UK and life here.

The average Barrister here is a pretty wealthy man, speaks perfect English, and the last thing he would need is to borrow money from a girl in a 3rd world country.

Thanx, i also search UK life or british guys, thats when i doubt it, i tried to make all the info fit to each other then i realize it, it was too late ... this really is so hard im already 34 and i got scammed hahahaha ..... im so ..... ahhh i'd like to punch him so much .... he really exploit my innocence ... im so ashamed of myself right now, i feel i'm like a slut ..... and a desperate woman .... I just think that God will never gave me this kind of problem if i can't solve it..... Thanx again guys .... im really pissed off i even made a painting for him as a gift for his birthday ....... this really is so devastating to think that christmas is so near and im here so sad....

dont be too hard on yourself...we all make mistakes...learn from your experience and move on....dont be ashamed of yourself, it happened, things happened, and you can't change that. focus on bouncing back, being back on your feet, free from emotional baggage. dont hate him also for what he has done, coz by hating it's only you who's going to suffer from it, bitterness is a cold company. DOnt be sad for being single, life goes on and life is not all about marriage or finding that special someone. when you open the door to the world, you'll be amazed how beautiful life is and wish you have all the time in the world to fully embrace and enjoy it.
