can reccomend AVALON CAR HIRE, just google them. they will bring to the airport or your local hotel.. the 1st time we hired some years back they even had one of their staff drive us round the EDSA to the start of the NLE so I could get used to the roads outside Manila before tackiling the city. We had the car a Revo up in Pangasinan and Benquet for a week and had a great time, even going up to Baguio with half of my honeys family (9 I think ) up the mountain highway!!! I assume they are still around.
