Have U Heard about Philand Ynterlink?

Hi everyone,After what these conpersons(his wife is as much to blame as him)has done lets spread the word around the Filipino community to ensure he dosent start up again collecting boxes.Does anyone know any contacts at Planet Philippines magazine to make sure that any advert from this company or any other company he tries to set up is blocked.To do what he has done to all Filipinos is frankly quite disgusting.Has anyone had any feedback from trading standards or police as to what action they are taking or going to take against this abominable individual.I have met this guy on numerous occasions when my boxes were collected and I wouldnt believe a word he says.

I also used Philand Ynterlink, sent 2 boxes in Dec 2011, and still not delivered as of 30th April 2012! My friend who recently had a 3 month holiday in Manila sent her boxes in Nov, hoping to get them when she arrived Manila. But to her dismay, her boxes were only delivered a few weeks before her holiday ends. She has spoken to the delivery boys why such delays and why did her boxes were opened and all chocolates were missing! Based on what the delivery boys told her, Philand Ynterlink doesn't seem to have direct contacts in the Philippines. Looks like this company is just "borrowing" delivery services from other cargo companies. I have contacted Andy Nisbet and the mobile number indicated on the receipt but both didn't get back to me. My boxes are delayed, it's over 4 months since they were picked up. Also, according to my friend, the first box delivered to her was addressed from LA! I just hope my boxes were not delivered to wrong addresses.

I would appreciate any updates coming from you guys.

Philand Ynterlink what a shamble!!!! Peter Newlove has tried to ''pass the buck'' to Kirby . . . . luckily Kirby turned up to see the customers at the Bradford warehouse and Peter was gobsmacked!!! Peter Newlove ''STOP'' blaming other people and passing the responsibility to others. You and Yonne were the ones who ignored customers' calls and messages and never even had the decency to explain to us the real situation. Thanks to Kirby who probably initiated these acts so customers can have the chance to actually meet with you personally and find out the real score. If Kirby had not done this then the we would not have found out that Philand Ynterlink has been given a court order to vacate the warehouse, hence what would happen to our boxes!!!! Peter Newlove and Yonne Newlove even tried to lie to customers and telling them all sorts of stories. You ripped your customers off, you lied to your own crew specially to Kirby, and put Kirby on the firing line when you and your stupid wife should have been dealing with us in the first place. Now we know that Kirby has been a real victim of all this and still remains ''UNPAID'' by Peter and Yonne Newlove . . . We are sorry Kirby for all the hassle we put you through but you never turned your back on us so thank you so much you are an honest and a decent individual. We just need people to know that never believe a word Peter and Yonne Newlove say!!! Liars!!!! We will make sure you will never do this business again!!! EVER and to you Yonne we will report you to the Home Office and goodluck to your Permanent Residency Application you lying cow!!!

since February we have blamed Kirby and even sent a police to his house. Kirby has been given a solicitor's warning by Phland Ynterlink as you may remember previously not to discuss any further details with regards to Philand's operation. Kirby is a family man and he is only abiding by the law as he has done nothing wrong . . . . but he still showed up!!! Who gave everybody Peter Newlove's address?? Kirby right!! Who tipped everybody that Peter will be at the warehouse on Friday?? Kirby right?? so we still owe him a lot!!

Kirby tried to keep away from Philand's warehouse due to this possible law suit from Peter Newlove but he risked it for the sake of the customers

no i told everyone on here that peter would be there on friday and today and my wife eloisa was phoning people on friday teling them togo to bradford today toget there boxes she spent ages calling people on friday getting the numbers off the boxes until peter told her to stop.
