Thats how i read it too Keith, we are still waiting having submitted an FLR application in April which appears to fly in the face of their average processing time. We didnt use their priority service as I think £561 plus almost £20 for biometrics is more than enough to pay and should entitle everyone to a reasonably quick service for what is little more than a formality as long as the correct paperwork is supplied.Originally Posted by Win2Win

Although it's FLR specific, I'd say it pretty much covers ILR as well.
