Hi sis ...when i went to manila sis i stayed in eurotel its few minutes ride to tb test center? just print out the address sis then u can ask drivers where is that place... you need to be there in tb test center early as you can sis because theirs a long queue even though you have appointment first come first serve...good-luck sis x
