I'll jump the queue and start the ball rolling with Marxist Leninist 1950's era Soviet Style State Control.

strangely as a refugee who fled persecution Miliband senior was always too busy with his leftist agitation and Hampstead Politburos to comment on the millions who perished and suffered postwar behind the Iron Curtain

The Daily Mail has the right to talk about Ralph Miliband in relation to his son, the Labour leader Ed Miliband.

Miliband Junior has made extensive references to the love and respect he has for his late father and the influence he had on his moral outloook. The character and background of a politician is important.

So if the Mail thinks Ralph was a dangerous Marxist who had doubts about his national loyalties then it’s valid, if barrel-scraping, to raise that.

gWaPito , dedworth said 'like father like son' what a load of , everyone has their own mind and views, so when has his sons talked about having Marxist views? they are barrel-scraping when its a quote from when he was 17

has his father got a criminal record, has he ever hurt anyone or done time in prison , i think the answer is no, unlike many politicians and look at the bullingdon boy boz the lies he told

and how was he dangerous , did he try and bring down the gov, blow up parliament he couldn't have been that dangerous

So as a concerned citizen, apart from bringing it up as an example on here, what have you done about it or who have you reported it to?

I'm proud to say that my parents had a great influence on my life, I'm truly sorry that yours didn't.

From your original authoritative reply I'd have a guess at tax evasion, some sort of road tax scam to quote you

    your talking ,
my parents taught me more than you could ever know, and what freedom is, you know nothing of my parents, the fact is my mother lived under the Nazi's and my father joined the Russian army to fight them. and no he wasn't Russian or a communist but was prepared to give his life for the freedom you have now.

what did they teach you tell me ?

    Spot on
If my father was a communist, then I'm sure I'd have been indoctrinated with the same views from an early age, and would be ignorant to other peoples point of views.
I'm not sure what a murder is, something to do with a group of crows I believe. If you mean murderer then that's just plain stupid
If he was gay, then I'm fairly certain that I wouldn't be here to answer your daft questions

We better draw a line under this now Joe, before it gets into a personal slanging match.
I suggest you think before you type, you have the front to talk to me about tolerating other peoples point of view
Don't judge people by your own standards Joe, especially about my levels of compassion and empathy.
I realise you've been here since October 2006 and I'm a relitive newbie, but it also says Moderator under your name, and not Antagoniser. Maybe you could look up the difference

As I said I'm willing to draw a line under this, I can only hope you're man enough to do the same.

    Simon

Cheers Joe, I see you've taken your new role as Antagoniser on with enthusiasm.
Shame you couldn't draw a line under it and be the bigger man as I suggested

I'd be just as proud Joe

The point Simon is making, whether good or bad, our parents have a resounding influence in our formative years. No one chooses to be gay You made a bit of a booboo there, Joe

of course were all products of our upbringing and surroundings, but in the end you follow your own path. just as i chose to be a vegetarian no one forced it on me as i don't force my beliefs on my kids

still none of you have posted any evidence that they have the same beliefs as him, i went to a church of England school, my father was catholic and my mother was a Jehovah witness , she forced me to go, hey gWapito what religion am i ?

answers your question, you can lead a camel to water but a pencil must be lead

don't blame your parents for the way you've turned out

Joe, you need to refresh your memory of the meaning of 'moral'

The Labour leader has made extensive references of love and respect for his late father and the influence he had on his moral outlook.

Surely there's enough dots here for you to join together?

I'm grateful to my mother and father for my moral outlook on life. But I don't share their political outlook.

Are people seriously suggesting that Ed Milliband is a Marxist
