Not always. Had to wait five hours in HK on the return trip in November.

thats because they have more than 1 flight a day ,there is only 55 minute lay over in h.k if you book the 8.pm flight from cebu to hongkong .The lunchtime flight from heathrow will give you 90 minutes wait in h.k to cebu unless there is a delay for some reason.
