got my licence converted for both car and motorcycle, a friend restaurant owner and neighbour, introduced me to some of his friends at LTO, took about 2 hours, eye exam and blood test , friendly chat,
and cost me 5000 peso plus about 50 peso to the doctor for eye exam and blood test
its renewable every 3 years unlike my UK licence that doesn't expire until 2024
