I took CFO Seminar here in Cebu. You have to be there early and bring the docs with you, expect to spend your whole day there.

As in early...during my time, I went there 6 in the morning.

...and make sure to know every important bits of information about your partner like mothers maiden name,...be prepared for a 1-2-1 interview.
