Only stayed at one pension house before and that was for a solitary night in Sipalay City before heading off to Sugar Beach. Cost P700, double bunk beds, TV and surprisingly a very good AC unit. The bathroom was shared and it had a toilet like that - no seat. I don't think it had a 'shower' though.![]()
I've stayed in loads of such cheapo places. Not a problem.
Oh, and didn't that nitwit know about wearing flipflops in 'public' showers ? doh !
That's how you keep the verrucas (sp?) and Athlete's Foot etc at bay.
I couldn't stay anywhere like that![]()

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
I liked the bit where he planned to meet his girl at the bus station in Bacolod. She went to the north terminus and he went to the south terminus.
He looks a bit like Kevin Webster's dad.
Ok.
Buy him some flipflops !![]()
