Interesting in that we could well be looking at a Labour government again at the next election.
Ukip - trying to show it is not just a single-issue party - getting rid of speed cameras, bringing back grammar schools, lowering taxes and opposing wind farms.....

I'd agree with you Lastlid but for Millipeede. He's a ditherer trying to be all things to all men. Next time I will vote for the party that trusts the British people enough to allow us a referendum on the EU. I don't particularly like Farage or UKIP but it would be interesting if they had a say in the forming of the next Government.
I reckon their immigration policy will let UKIP down. Its ok for people to say that the majority of british people are in favour of it. But what percentage? And dont forget there is more than one british in this country.

its been 6 months since the tories had a lead over labour.
Nice joe I think the tory voters who defect to UKIP will play right into Labours hands.
The proof of global warming is there for all to see...ie: melting ice caps and rising sea levels.
The question is what's causing it... manyTv documentaries on this subject...the consensus being with or without our help of burning fossil fuels it was gonna happen any way....much proof has been put forward on this thinking.
Labour jumping into bed with Ukip..I dont think so...although Blair's Labour had to basically turn Conservative to gain power all those years ago....the next step would be go the whole hog and swing from socialist left to ultra right...sounds about right for those bunch of Judas's.
The reason people vote for Ukip is for the immigration policy first and foremost.
Whatever the percentage, the majority is the majority.
And its good night from him.
Btw...both Labour and Conservative are running neck and neck in the polls...the next big party being Ukip...if either of the 2 main can get Ukip to form a coalition, that would be it.
Not bad for Conservative considering there's 2 years to go before the main event....they could of course turn it all around by then without the help of Ukip.
Lastlid...there's always gonna be casualties in conflicts ...especially in conflicts worth winning. An unfortunate fact of life.
I suppose as long as it not YOU it doesnt matter. What about the others on here who want their wives to come here?
Like I said its people like you defecting from the tory party that will put labour in power. But I dont suppose you you have the intelligence to look that far out the box.![]()
A recent poll had the Tories 15% behind Labour, with UKIP neck and neck with the Liberals. I believe the best the Tories can get at the next election is a hung parliament if they manage to close the gap on Labour. Thats why Cameron and Farage are cosying up to each other. The only possible deal is Tory UKIP because Labour and UKIP is a non starter.
Milliband couldthem big time by promising a referendum on the EU.
Anyone whose Wife has not yet settled here be warned. UKIP proposed a 5 year freeze on settlement visas in their manifesto at the last election.

Come on Lastlid...what you gotta say for yourself
Thats what you originally posted Gwapito but you must of deleted it because you knew you was in the wrong.
A 5 year ban on immigration is in their policies marco thats what I have been saying.

Reintroduce The ‘Primary Purpose Rule’ (abolished by the Labour Government), whereby those marrying or seeking to marry a British citizen will have to convince the admitting officer that marriage, not residence, is their primary purpose in seeking to enter the UK
again i dont think the ban on settlement visa effects those married to British Citizens, but UKIP threaten to reintroduce a nasty Tory policy from the past![]()
