ok, oh i'm really worried about it.
My brother told me not to declare him because they are not yet a permanent resident there. He has a valid visa because his wife has working there as a nurse for 4 years now and he applied for a dependent visa. Will this affect their application for permanency? Would it be alright if ever I will be interviewed as would be asked that question, to tell the ECO that I just made a mistake in my visitor app?
this worries me a lot.
